In order to choose the day and the time, we recommend making your reservation one week before. To confirm the reservation it is necessary a deposit that can be paid in three different ways:

-Bank transfer.

-Cash payment at the reception.

-With credit or debit card. That means the payment won’t be charged until the customer gets to the reception or in the case that the cancellation is not made under the terms of our reservations department.

You would be offered another day and another time, and in the case you could not come we would cancel your appointment. The most effective way to communicate a change or a cancellation is by telephone: (+34)902 33 334 or (+34)958 229 9 78. If you cancel within the previous 48 hours to your appointment, we won’t charge anything. After those 48 previous hours you would loose the 50% as concept for the reservation.

For groups of 10 or more people, the cancellation or modification of the appointment has a deadline of at least five days beforehand.

You just have to take your swimming costume or bikini with you (no underwear or swimming thong are allowed). If you do not bring your swimming clothes with you, you can purchase them at our establishment.

You can bring sandals or flip-flops if you wish, but their usage is limited to the dressing rooms. The entrance to the Hammam must be shoeless. If you have long hair you will have to put it up in a bun. Swimming hat is not necessary.

It is a free go round and it lasts for one and a half hour, including the time of the massage if you hired it.
The Hammam has got three different bathing rooms: the lukewarm room, the cold room, and the warm room. You can watch a virtual visit on or website.
